How proposals, plans, implementation, promotions, payments, and scope changes are presented.

These general rules are supplemented by the proposal and contract signed for each service. Write to contacto@sci.lat.
1. Proposals and prices
The figures shown in plans are monthly references. A final offer identifies the contracting entity, currency, taxes, scope, validity period, and payment terms.
2. Implementation and recurring charges
Initial setup is quoted separately from the license or monthly subscription. Third-party services and charges are identified before contracting.
3. Promotions and coupons
They apply only when a promotion states its validity period, eligibility, and conditions. They are not automatically combined.
4. Changes and cancellations
Upgrades, downgrades, renewals, termination, and refunds are governed by the accepted contract and applicable mandatory rules.
5. Territories
Exclusivity requires a specific written agreement, a defined area, a duration, and a separate investment.
