1. Purpose and minimum data
We receive data provided in inquiries, business requests, and complaints to handle those matters. Promotional messages require separate consent.
2. Access and security
We limit access according to role. Connections to third parties require authorized accounts, and credentials are managed outside the browser.
3. Retention and rights
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the matter and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, rectification, objection, or deletion by writing to contacto@sci.lat, subject to identity verification.
4. Transfers
When an external service is involved in an implementation, its details and conditions are disclosed in the relevant proposal or data-processing document.
