General conditions for using the site and contracting SCI services.

SCI is the trade name Sistema Comercial Inteligente. The contracting entity, its tax identification, address, applicable country, and billing details are specified in the proposal and contract before any payment is accepted.
1. Use of the site
This site presents SCI’s capabilities, indicative plans, and contact channels. You may browse its content and submit requests for information in good faith. You must not use forms for unlawful content, other people’s data without authorization, or abusive automated requests.
2. Scope of services
SCI may include sales consulting, CRM configuration, automation, artificial intelligence, customer service, integrations, and reporting. Each project is governed by the scope, deliverables, deadlines, support levels, usage limits, and responsibilities expressly accepted in its proposal and contract. Third-party features depend on their policies and availability.
The descriptive pages show possible configurations; they do not constitute a promise of results, universal compatibility, or immediate availability in all countries.
3. Pricing, contracting, and payments
The amounts on the plans page are indicative monthly prices in Peruvian soles. Before contracting, the selling entity, currency, taxes, implementation cost, billing frequency, limits, third-party charges, and renewal and cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing. Submitting a form does not create a subscription or a recurring charge.
When online payment becomes available, payment will be processed through a payment provider identified at the purchase stage. SCI does not request your full card details through this site. Confirmation of a redirect does not, by itself, mean a payment has been approved; activation requires verification of the transaction.
4. Obligations and limits
The customer must provide lawful information, permissions for their channels, and authorized access to the tools they wish to integrate. SCI will perform the contracted services according to the applicable agreement. The availability of messaging, social networks, telephony, and payment gateways is also subject to their providers.
The site’s content may be updated. A change to the website does not, by itself, change the terms of a contract already entered into. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights recognized by applicable law.
